Embassy Theater/Indiana Hotel Restoration

 The project involved renovations to the stage, auditorium, and mechanical/electrical systems of the Embassy Theatre, as well as the interior demolition of seven stories of the former Indiana Hotel.
The stage, dressing rooms, operable orchestra pit and support areas were expanded and remodeled to standards expected of "Broadway," or national touring company presentations. At the same time, portions of the former Indiana Hotel were renovated to house the Embassy Foundation’s corporate offices and create banquet / reception facilities for selected occasions.
All of the work was scheduled and completed on a extremely critical schedule that allowed the Embassy to maintain operations and performances in the theatre.
